This was probably the single best experience I’ve had with customer Service in any industry. I had an issue where my car was struggling to start. I went to AutoZone first, and they sold me a battery halfway through them changing the battery. They were not able to complete the installation due to some corrosion after they ripped one of the cables off. I walked across the street to euro motors, having never been there before and I met Justin the manager. He was incredibly gracious and told me that he was happy to help me with my issue whether I was able to get the car through a lot or even going to AutoZone lot to fix it there. He was more than willing to help, which was great because I have a Honda Civic not even a European car. He took care of it right away. Was able to fix the damage cable replace the battery and help me get home. The price is incredibly reasonable. The service is efficient and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I brought my 2006 Volvo in for an airbag alert. Justin took a look at my car and let me know what the issue was, but he had to direct me to another shop for the older car. I appreciate his communication and the fact that he didn't charge me for the service.

When the oil separator failed on my wife’s MK6 GTI, we had the car towed over without prior notice. Not only did they accommodate us the same day, the Euro Motors team were able diagnose the issue and provide next steps the very same day, which we really appreciated. While it was there, I also had them replace the serpentine belt and service the DSG. The turnaround was impressive — we had the car back within two days. Communication was excellent throughout. I received regular updates, and upon completion they provided detailed notes explaining all the work that was performed. Justin and the team were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We’ll absolutely be using them going forward. Highly recommend — if you have a proper Euro motor, take it to Euro Motors!

🙏🙏🙏 Justin and his crew saved my ass before buying an S63 AMG 🙏🙏🙏. His crew found engine misfire codes, issues with the suspension, and prior damage all that the shady dealer hid from me. Even called me up before going in-depth into the PPI to tell me all the issues found and saved me about $80 on his own inspection by cutting it short on labor time. Spending $120 with him saved me a minimum $15K on a dumpster fire of a car. Would absolutely use them again

Look. I don't know about you guys, but this place won my trust over the phone immediately. First off, I tried every car service place around my area and no one would touch my car. I mean it's like my car had ebola (lol)! "Nah, we don't work on them cars". I was so irritated because they wouldn't even look at it. So I had to do a search and all repair shops that would touch my car were two hours or more away. "Sigh..." I saw Euro Motors and gave them a call due to their good reviews. I spoke with Justin who instantly made me feel comfortable and trustworthy. He didn't rush me off the phone, he listened to what I thought may have been the problem and put me down to bring it on on 12/29/25. He even took my name and number, which made me feel that he was serious about what he does, most people would say, "just bring it up there" and not get any contact info. So, I'm there at 10:15am, and I meet Justin who told me they would get it up on the lift and tell me what they see. Mind you this was a two hour trip, so I asked my daughter to follow me because I thought I would be without my car for a few days. LISTEN, Justin said that he could get someone to get it looked at and sho
